Terms & Conditions

– Every class should be paid in advance

– If you need to cancel a class, please notify me 24 hours in advance and we will try to reschedule a new appointment within the same week.

– If I ever need to cancel a class, I will do my best to offer you an alternative appointment within the same week. If that is not possible, I will refund you the price of the class.

– Every class is booked together for a specific time and date, in advance for the whole month

– Before every class, check your internet connection, make sure nobody else is using your wifi, check your Skype configuration, as well as your headset and please turn off the notifications on your computer so that we can both enjoy our class together.

– Be on time. If you don’t show up within the first 15 minutes of our scheduled class, it will be cancelled and charged.
